Pauline Kelly-Brandes has over 25 years of senior leadership experience across both the healthcare and post secondary education sectors. Her most impactful work has been the development and implementation of transformative leadership programs and workshops with a focus on individual, team and organizational performance.
Pauline holds an MBA, an MSc and a Master’s level qualification as a Speech/Language Pathologist. She offers a practical and experience-based approach tailored to the needs of each team and each organizational culture. She knows that investment in people development and in an engaging culture creates a definite edge in attracting and retaining high performing individuals.
Pauline strongly believes that as a consultant, she must aim to expand internal capacity within client organizations in order to facilitate ongoing impact beyond the workshop or the program.
