Personal Style Assessment & Adaptive Strategies

Understanding of our personal style as a leader, as a teammate and as a colleague is key to emotional intelligence in our interactions. Self-awareness allows us to be intentional in the way we communicate and behave.

Following a standardized assessment using Lumina Spark as a psychometric tool, we are able to provide individuals with a private and comprehensive debrief to support understanding of their detailed report. Once they understand their own style, people can learn to “speedread” the preferences of others and practice adaptive strategies to enhance effective working relationships.

Additional assessment tools can be used to explore various aspects of individual and team effectiveness.

Leadership & Management Development Programs

Cohort-based programs may vary in size of the group, number of sessions and timeframes for delivery. All sessions are delivered using an interactive framework with opportunities for individual learning through application in organizational projects. Program topics may vary from a broad exploration of the nature of leadership to specific skills such as providing effective feedback for performance enablement.

Customized Workshops

A variety of topics can be presented in half-day or full-day sessions that are customized to meet your needs. All are delivered within an interactive, outcome-focussed framework. Issue Investigation & Conflict Resolution

Objective third-party investigation and conflict resolution processes may be of assistance to organizations when:
